Any product will be accepted returned under normal conditions, with their original packing and without using. WeMax commits to refund you, in the maximum term of 30 days from the reception of the product refund to our facilities. Before carrying out the refund, you will have to contact us to our customer department and we will indicate to you the way to proceed to return your order. It is essential the previous communication and we won’t accept refunds for any other mean of transport different from indicated from us. If the refund of the product it is due to defects of the same one or because you have received another product different than you requested in the order, WeMax will pay the refund expenses and new delivery. But if the reason of the refund is that the order has not satisfied you, we reimburse excluding the shipping and handling expenses. The refund of the amounts will be as credit balance into your client bill to satisfy future purchases.
